Ergonomic Workstation Evaluations

At your request, Cornerstone Fitness can perform individual employee ergonomic workstation assessments. The results of the evaluation will identify any potential for repetitive strain injuries, giving you the opportunity to prevent these injuries before they occur.

Cornerstone's management team has been providing ergonomic assessments for its clients since 1995. In today's workplace, repetitive strain injuries have become common. Without an ergonomic program, employers can lose valuable profit dollars through lost work time, productivity, medical and workers compensation costs. As a result, employers have found that an ergonomic program is essential in keeping their employees healthy and productive by preventing repetitive strain injuries. Cornerstone's evaluation process takes approximately 30-45 minutes per individual and includes an assessment of the following:

    Proper body alignment and position
  • Chair evaluation, adjustments and fit
  • Appropriate height of workstation
  • Proper placement and use of all office tools including: PC, keyboard, mouse, monitor, telephone, books and manual

Special Event Planning
We have extensive experience in designing and implementing a variety of special events, including:

National Employee Health & Fitness Day
  • Group Fun Runs
  • Holiday Theme Activities
  • Company Picnics

Teambuilding
Many of our clients have benefited from Cornerstone's targeted teambuilding events, planned around your company's specific focus, whether it's communication, problem solving, affirmation, customer relations, motivation, etc. Event themes can be developed for specific groups such as executive, sales, or even company-wide.

A big part of building team unity involves creating an environment where employees can get to know each other in a relaxed, non-work setting, while having fun.
